Create your account
By the end of this page you’ll have an account, a product, and a dashboard ready to broadcast.
Create the account
Section titled “Create the account”- Open the dashboard and create your account with your email and a password.
- That email is your login: it can’t be changed from the dashboard.
- Sign in. You’ll see an empty dashboard, no keys and no servers yet.
Pick your product
Section titled “Pick your product”Until you subscribe to something there’s nothing to configure, so this is the step that matters.
- Go to Billing and hit Get new product.
- Plans come grouped into three categories: Stream keys, Cloud OBS and Failover.
- Tick the Terms and Privacy Policy box. Without accepting them you can’t subscribe.
- Hit Subscribe on your plan and complete the payment.
Not sure which one? → Choose your product.
The card during the beta
Section titled “The card during the beta”A card is asked for at sign-up, but nothing is charged during the beta.
- The beta is free until 30 September 2026.
- The first charge is on 1 October 2026, and only if you haven’t cancelled before.
- Meanwhile, in Billing your subscription shows as Trial period.
- Monthly billing in euros, no lock-in.
The account wizard
Section titled “The account wizard”As soon as you have your first product, going back to the dashboard opens a two-step wizard. It’s mandatory: it covers the screen until you finish it.
- Welcome — confirm Your name (that’s what we call you in the dashboard) and check your email. Hit Continue.
- Main channel — pick the Platform (Twitch, Kick, YouTube or Otro), type the Channel name and paste the key that platform gives you into Your platform’s stream key. Accept the terms and hit Finish.
When it’s done you’ll see the Your account is ready! notice.
That channel is used for two things: the Cloud OBS output and the chat for automatic scene switching. You can add more from Account → Streaming channels.
If your plan includes Cloud OBS and you don’t have a server yet, one more step shows up afterwards: Choose the region for your Cloud OBS server. If you’d rather leave it for later, hit Not now.
What you see straight away
Section titled “What you see straight away”- Your first stream — a three-step checklist that ticks itself as you go. You can Hide it when you no longer need it.
- Live signal — with Copy publish URL and your Current bitrate as soon as you start broadcasting.
- Go live now — quick access to the keys and servers you star as favourites.
- The side menu: Stream Keys, OBS Servers, Failover, Billing, Account and Support.
