Feedback and bugs
Enhanced IRL is in beta: what you tell us decides what gets fixed first. There is a channel inside the app for exactly that, separate from support.
Which one to use
Section titled “Which one to use”| What is happening | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| “I have an idea”, “this would be handier like that”, “X is missing” | Feedback |
| “This does not work as it should” and it can wait | Feedback, marked as Something is broken |
| You are live and something is broken right now | Support ticket |
| A problem with a charge or with your account | Support ticket |
→ Cancel and reactivate if it is about your subscription.
Sending feedback
Section titled “Sending feedback”There are two ways in, and both end up in the same place:
- The beta notice at the top of the dashboard: Send feedback.
- Support → Feedback tab → New feedback.
In the form you pick what it is about (suggestion, something broken, something you like), which part it concerns, and you write your message. You can rate from 1 to 5 how happy you are with the service; that part is optional.
The more specific the better: what you expected and what happened. One sentence with context beats three paragraphs of opinion.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”We read everything. Each piece of feedback moves through these states, visible in Support → Feedback:
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Received | It arrived, we have not reviewed it yet |
| Under review | We are looking into it |
| Planned | We are going to do it |
| Done | It is already available |
| Declined | We are not doing it, at least for now |
When a piece of feedback is planned, done or declined, you get a notification in the app. If we have something to tell you, our reply shows up under your message.
There is no back and forth: feedback is not a ticket. If it needs a conversation, open a support ticket.
What NOT to send
Section titled “What NOT to send”Do not paste your stream keys, passwords or card details into feedback. They are not needed to understand what you are telling us, and feedback is read inside the team.
Along with your message we store your account, the screen you wrote from and your language, so we can place what you are describing. → Data and privacy
Next step
Section titled “Next step”- End of the beta: what happens the day it ends.
- Messages and notices: what each app message means.
