End of the beta

Nothing is charged during the beta. A card is asked for when you sign up, but no charge goes to it until the beta ends.

When What happens
Until 31 October 2026 You use your full plan, free. In Billing your subscription shows as Trial period
At least 7 days before We send you a single email, plus a notice in the dashboard’s bell, with every subscription that starts being charged, its amount, the date of the first charge and the link to cancel it in Billing (subject: Your first EnhancedIRL charge is on November 1, 2026). If you’ve already cancelled, you don’t get it
1 November 2026 First charge, at the price of the plan you picked, only if you haven’t cancelled before
From then on Normal monthly billing, no lock-in

The price is the one you saw when you subscribed: Plans and pricing. No hidden increases and no setup fees.

You don’t have to do anything. On 1 November the plan is charged to the card you registered and your invoice shows up in Billing. → Invoices and billing details

If you invoice as a company or as a freelancer, fill in your tax details before that date: an invoice that’s already been issued can’t be changed.

Cancel before 1 November 2026 and you won’t be charged anything:

  1. Go into Billing.
  2. On your subscription row, hit Cancel.
  3. Confirm with Confirm cancellation.

The confirmation window tells you first thing: You’re on the trial period: if you cancel now, you won’t be charged anything., and below it, the day you keep access until. Once you confirm, you’ll see Subscription canceled: you won’t be charged anything. You have access until date.

You keep using the service until the end of the beta; it just doesn’t renew. If you change your mind before that date, the same button turns into Reactivate. → Cancel and reactivate

Why ask for a card if the beta is free? So that on 1 November you don’t have to do anything again if you want to carry on. Nothing is charged to it during the beta.

What if my card has expired by then? The charge fails, but nothing is cut off right away: you get a 7-day grace period with the service still working, we let you know by email and in the dashboard, and you can pay with another card from Billing. → If a charge fails

Can I sign up in the last days of October? Beta sign-ups close about 48 hours before the end. If you try after that, you’ll see Sign-ups are closed right now. We’ll let you know when new spots open.

What if I change plan during the beta? The new plan takes effect right away and you’re not charged anything: the first charge, on 1 November, is already at the new plan’s price. The Change plan window shows you this before you confirm and keeps the confirmation on screen when you’re done. → Change plan

Can I change plan once the charges start? Yes. From the first charge on, moving up costs the difference for what’s left of the current month, and moving down takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, with no charge and no refund. → Change plan

Is the charge a full month? Yes: it’s the first month of the plan you picked, and from then on it renews every month until you cancel.

If you’re subscribing as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from subscribing to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. Just tell us clearly: write to support@enhancedirl.com or use the contact form on the website.

Bear in mind that, because the service is activated for you immediately (your keys, your Cloud OBS or your failover channel are created right away), the conditions in the withdrawal section of our Terms apply, including the proportional part of the service already provided.

The full legal text, which is the one that counts, is in the Terms of Service. This is only a summary.
